HECC was founded as a joint venture of Hart Graphics USA and Hexspoor Group Netherlands. We were one of the first multilingual contact centres specializing in the technology industry. Later, we were among the first to recognize the need for one-stop service solutions, and today we are one of just a handful of contact centres successfully providing customer care services in 21 European languages, including 8 East European languages.
